I think she looks so adorable! It makes her look so different. I am so excited to not have to brush out her snarls everyday. She loves it too. She keeps telling me that when her friend Katlyn sees it she's going to say "Where did your hair go?"

The big day has come!
Summer has talked about donating her hair to locks of love for a long time. We knew she needed at least 10 inches so we were waiting so that it would still be to her shoulders after. So today before she had her preschool pictures taken, we went to get it cut by our friend and neighbor Nanette.

The Performance
Friday nighy was so much fun! It did rain a little right before and at the beginning of the game, but the girls were in the gym, and I took Jenna to the car to feed her. Logan and Jeremy didn't mind. Jenna went to sleep and stayed asleep the rest of the game. They brought the girls out after the first quarter and they did some cheers. They had so much fun. Kylee was laughing and playing around with the girls from her class. You could tell they had the time of their lives.
She had to show me her good moves. She is so dang cute! I loved watching her be so excited about something! I wish she could always be this happy!
What a cute family! Can't you tell that Jeremy just loves getting his picture taken.
I'm glad she loves her swing. It gives me a good break at least once a day.
Another cute Sunday dress! I took it off before I took this picture but she wore a lace headband with a big flower on it that my friend Sami made for her. It was so cute. Everyone at church loved it!

My little cheerleaders
I have to admit that I have never really had a good impression of cheerleaders. I knew a lot of snotty girls in high school. But I also knew a couple that were really nice to everyone. And now I know some that are so sweet! So when I found out that the cheerleaders at Payson High were doing a cheer clinic, I was excited to let my girls go. (Thank you Tiff) I did clinics with the Cavettes (Dance team at A.F. High. My sister was on the team) a couple of times when I was a kid, and loved it. So I was excited for Kylee and Summer to try. Kylee told me she would be nervous to go out during half time at the football game, but when she went to the practices, I could tell she was having so much fun. I don't think she'll be nervous. There are a lot of girls doing it, and two in her class are with her. I think that is why she's not nervous.
On a side note: I was so excited when my friend Tiffany let me put Jenna in the other side of her double jog stroller (since Katlyn is in Kindergarten now), and I got to go jogging for the first time in a very long time, yesterday. It felt so dang good! We go about 3 miles, and I kept up pretty good. Yeah me! Hopefully we'll be doing it a lot, before it gets too cold! Maybe my tummy will finally go away!

Logan is so unique!
Logan loves to wear his sisters shoes, but this day he found Kylee's soccer socks and Summers shoes and wore them for a while. He is so funny!
Summer's Birthday
I can't believe my Summer is 5. (Saying that makes me feel a little old.) She is such a sweet girl. She is so different than Kylee. She didn't talk about her birthday coming up. And only talked about presents when I asked. She never say's "I want this" , or tells me what kind of cake to make. She's so easy going. I love her so much!
It was so sad though. Later on her birthday we drove past the house where she has preschool and she didn't say anything. I was a little surprised but didn't really thing twice about it. Then Logan said "Preschool" and I said "Yes that is Summer's preschool" That's when Summer said
"Not anymore though, I am 5 and now I will go to Katlyn's school! (Katlyn is her friend who is in Kindergarten) Now I will ride Kylee's bus!" It was so hard to tell her that she had to wait till next year. She didn't get sad or anything, she just listened with a serious face. She loves her preschool so she was excited to know she could still go! She is so dang cute!

It's over with!
It's all over with! Yeah. I've been planning this surgery for so long and I'm so glad it's all done. Everything went really well, except that the anesthesia made me really, really sick for 6 or 7 hours. Jeremy was so awesome. When I woke up I couldn't even open my eyes or move my head without throwing up. And every time I threw up Jeremy wiped my mouth for me. I stayed at the hospital an extra 5 hours trying to stop throwing up and finally I had to go home. Jenna was out of breast milk. I'm sure she would have drank formula just fine, but I wanted to get home. I brought home a barf bucket and did throw up in the car once. But when I got home, I felt better. I still had to lie still and close my eyes, but I didn't throw up anymore. Other than that, the surgery went well. I have had absolutely no pain. My incision below my belly button is a tiny bit tender, but I don't feel the lower incision at all. I was able to take a shower today and feel pretty much back to normal. I want to go work out tomorrow but I better not. I'll wait one more week. Thank you to everyone who has offered to help. I have such good friends!

Surgery
Wish me luck everyone! I'm getting my tubes tied tomorrow. I'm not nervous about the surgery. I know it's the right thing to do, and I don't mind needles. I'm nervous about leaving Jenna. Thankfully my mom is coming and she will take good care of her. I pumped milk and I know she takes a bottle, but I'm worried about there being enough, and how it will be pumping after my surgery and how long it will take before I get home. I'm sure everything will be o-k. Pray for me -k-!

Preschool
For some reason Heavenly Father has given me some big blessings lately. Last year I did a Joy school with lots of other moms in the neighborhood. It was really fun and Summer learned a lot. This year I wasn't sure I would have the patience and time, with a new baby. I was planning on spending time with her everyday while Logan napped and teaching her something to get ready for Kindergarten next year. Then my good friend told me that the lady in our ward who has been doing preschool for a long time had an opening, and I would be able to afford it if I helped her when she needed things cut out, etc. So I got up the guts and asked her if Summer could go. She said she had like 6 kids on the waiting list but kept a couple spots open for people like me. I am so so grateful for this women and how she is so Christ-like to help out people like me. Summer was so excited when I told her she got to go to Preschool! She goes on Wednesday's and Friday's from 12:15-2:15. This school is amazing. They each have their own desk and they have a number to sit on, on the carpet. They color, play with play dough, play outside, paint, use scissors, watch videos, have snacks and so much more. Not only that but it is during the time Logan and Jenna nap, so I get a couple hours to get things done, without anyone trailing behind! I love it and she does too. So this was her first day of school.
On the second day of school I found Kylee's kindergarten clothes and they fit Summer. I think she looks so dang cute!
I thought she looked so sweet.
