Kindergarten

Kylee has been counting down the days till Summer could go to school with her.
Kylee picked matching leggings and skirts. She's so funny.
Kylee held her hand to cross the street. What a good big sister.
Summer has been wanting to ride the bus since Kylee went to Kindergarten. She cried when she was two and Kylee went without her.

Logan chose to wear cowboy attire to pick up Summer. The bus was a half hour late, so he hung out with Sadie. She was waiting for her brother Kaulin, who is in Summers class.

Summer and Kaulin. So cute. Summer is almost six and Kaulin just turned 5. She lookes so big!

The matching outfit!
Jenna, just chillin.

Jeremy finally put up the trampoline! (It's been in the garage for over a year) The kids were so excited. It was so dirty so we put dishsoap all over it, got the hose and let them jump!
They loved it.

Logan would much rather jump by himself.

Schools back!

I have said this before, but I have both feelings about school starting. I'm excited and sad at the same time! I love seeing how excited Kylee and Summer are to go, but will miss them. We had such a great summer!

Kylee loves her new bag from Grandma Ovard! She keeps saying, "No one will have a bag like mine!"

Jenna watching them on the porch. She loved watching the bus!
Kylee coming home. I think she looks so cute! She had fun picking out her first outfit. Thank you both grandma's! I forgot it was early out Wednesday and didn't get a picture of her getting off the bus! Summer's first day is next Wednesday so there will be more pictures soon!

Summer fun!

We have had so much fun this summer! I have really tried to love everyday, having the kids all together. Of course there were some times when I put on a movie and escaped to my room, but for the most part I really enjoyed being together this summer. The second weekend in August, Jeremy's mom and brother Scott and his wife Shannan, and Aunt Jennie came to celebrate Grandma and Grandpa Butler's 60 Anniversary a little early. (All of Anita's siblings were able to be here.) So on the 10th (Grandmas and my brothers birthdays!) We hiked up to Timpanogos cave. It was so fun! Grandma had to drive home that day though:( Then the next day, we went with Scott and Shannan and Aunt Jennie to the dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving point. We had such a great time! I took about a million pictures. Here are a few. Shannan also send me some pictures she took!

Logan and cousin Connor

Jeremy surprised us and took a half day so he could come! I was so excited. Jeremy, Logan, Summer and I with Jenna in the backpack made it up the mile and a half, rising over 1000 feet in elevation in only 50 min. And Logan walked the whole way! I love Jeremy's overly cheesy smile!

Kylee stayed with Grandma, Aunt Jennie (Jers sister), Aunt Lani (Jers aunt).

Lots of family came, it was so fun. From left to right: Lani, Jennie, Shannan (Scott took the picture), Grandma, Jeremy, Aunt Gail (Anita's sister), Me, Jenna, Laura with baby Evan, Jon with Daria, and the kids in the front: Connor (Scott and Shannan's), Kylee, Logan and Summer.

Weird

When Logan was little, I noticed he had a birthmark on the left side of his abdomen. Weird thing was, then I noticed a tiny one on Kylee and one slightly bigger one on Summer in the same general area. I teased when Jenna was born that she didn't belong cause she didn't have one. Well today, I saw one! How wierd is that. All on the left side of their abdomen. They were all meant to be in our family!

Logans is the biggest and easiest to see. You might not be able to see the rest in the pictures. You'll have to look at them the next time you see us all.

Jenna. It's in between my two fingers. Again, hard to see in pictures.

Summer's.

Kylee's.

Face lift

I haven't minded the color in the living room for the last four years, but it's never been my favorite. I've always wanted something lighter though, to make a small room look bigger! We looked at paint samples and I brought home 6 or more cards, put none worked. I finally saw in a sample booklet sunkissed yellow and knew that was it! I love it. It totally brightens up the living room and kitchen.

Before

Getting rid of the brown

Starting the yellow

And after. It looks a lot lighter with natural sunlight. I like it both ways.

Now we just need pictures on the wall. (Jer says the elk won't match so bye bye elk.)
We haven't finished the kitchen and wall by the downstairs. I'll show that when we're done!

Goings on at the Ovards

Logan trying on his backpack. He always makes a funny face before I can take the picture.

Kylee is so cute! She decided to load the dishwasher. She did an awesome job too!
We cut some sleeves off of one of Jeremys t-shirts and the girls decided to wear them on their heads.

I made a fruit pizza! I thought it turned out so good, I had to take a picture.

Summer lost her first tooth! It's been loose for a long time and on Sunday, before bed, it just came out. She was so shocked to see it in her hand. It was funny.
I just thought it was cute to find Jenna sleeping like this.

So, my baby started crawling on Monday! Not surprisingly, she wanted food and decided to go get it! I'm so proud of her! She went to the doctor on Tuesday and weighs 18 lbs. 11 oz. and is 29 inches tall. She gained a whole other pound this month! Grandma Ovard met us at the doctor. The kids were so excited to see her. Then she gave the girls new backpacks, and Logan a McQueen car. I'll take pictures of the backpacks soon. They love them! Thanks Grandma.

I found the girls like this last night. They're so funny!
