On Saturday before Father's Day I went up to see my Dad. Jer wouldn't come, but he got time to be with Zoe. I guess she loved sitting on his lap while we were gone. Later she kept playing fetch with him. It's so fun to watch him with her.

I made him breakfast in bed the next day and he came to all of church. That is always fun. I had a roast cooking and it smelled good when we got home. We had lunch then later dinner, and I guess it was way to much because Jer couldn't even eat his desert!

I made Banana Cream pie for Father's Day and I ate most of it. Oops. It was yummy. Then yesterday on Jer's birthday we had Strawberry shortcake. It overflowed in the oven and the house stank like way bad burnt marshmallows for a couple of hours. It tasted good though.

The birthday pic. At least he kind of smiled;) 37!! He doesn't seem like he could be that close to 40. It's so weird! Hopefully he had a good day. I got him a golf pass to hobble creek golf course, a shirt and a movie. Now I've got about 2 weeks to figure out something for our anniversary. EEK!

We had to be late to our primary activity on Thursday and we missed some of the fun games. So when we got home we had our own sack race! I can't believe how doing something so simple can make the kids so happy! They were laughing so hard. I had so much fun watching them!Zoe had a blast chasing them! I'm so glad there aren't wasps in the backyard this year! I love having them play out there and sitting on the deck as the sun goes down!

Jenna playing Kylee's keyboard. Nice headband!
We've worked on our yard some this week and it feels so good to make it look nice. I also got this cute wind sock for my birthday and by my roses, that adorable frog! My family knows how much I love frogs! You can't really see it in this picture, but Jer and I moved that hose carrier, and totally cleaned out that weed bed. We also cleaned out the window wells and but good rocks in the bottom, and put some rocks under the faucets. We will put some cement blocks under it so that weeds won't grow and we'll have somewhere to stand when we turn on the hose. Then I planted some potatoes and stuff in the newly cleaned bed! I love it. We have one more window well to clean out. Well we have lots more to do after that, but one thing at a time, right?

I had such an awesome birthday! Kylee made me breakfast, and things went good and we went to church. I got a fun present from our Presidency! Thank you so much ladies! Jenna held the bag for me. I love how she holds it!

When I got home, Jer had done dishes, and had meat ready to marinade. (Saturday he took the kids to Red Robin and shopping at the mall and Walmart. They had so much fun!) Later he made us dinner. Yummy grilled tri-tip, with noodle salad and baked french fries with bbq fry sauce. It was so yummy!

Then I got to open my presents! I love games, and movies!!!

Then I got some yummy cake!
Wow! The house is going to go up in flames!
I got all but 4. 30 is way too many!

MMM. Icecream, and Jeremy!

Doesn't this look delicious! Well it was! Poor cake was overwhelmed with candles though! Jeremy called his Mom while I was gone on Saturday and got the recipe and made me a cake!!! I loved it!

Cuddling with Daddy right before bed.

Then Jer and I played phase 10 in our room. I lost as usual, but it was way fun! Thanks for the best day, my family!

Sisters and Mom Weekend!

I got to spend Friday and Saturday with my awesome sisters and Mom! I only took pictures of the place we stayed, but Cherish took so many fun ones, of us eating, laughing, playing, dancing and just being us! Cynthia renting this awesome place for us to stay in Payson, right before you go up the canyon. It was so nice! And my fun family decorated it for my birthday! We had already taken most of the decorations down in these pictures, but Cherish will have some with them up.

This is the kitchen area, and there is an awesome deck out the back.

The kids would love to play on this play set! And right past this to the right is a bridge with a paved trail through the trees. It is so fun!

The movie room was so awesome! This is where we slept. I had such a fun time! Thank you ladies!

Backyard fun!

We moved the tramp to a different spot and the swing set, and Jenna was so excited to get on the swing. So I got her on, and this is how she looked. So serious! And she was holding on for dear life.

I finally got a little smile out of her.

I was looking on my camera yesterday and noticed a lot of pictures of nothing. I wondered which little twerp got a hold of it.

Then I saw this picture and could see Logan's reflection in the fridge.

Then I saw this one! What a funny little squirt. I went to ask him about the pictures and he said "Kylee did it!" Then I told him about seeing him in the fridge and he laughed. When I said please don't touch it again, he said "Oh-k" a little dejected. It was funny!

Some funny's

I forgot in my Memorial Day post to tell about the funny think Logan did. When we went up a couple of months ago to bring the flooring to the cabin, Jer taught Logan to stand on the edge of the deck and pee. Then while we were there he told me he needed to pee, so I said "Go then." I knew he knew where the outhouse was. There were people around everywhere. Jeremy's Aunt and her sisters were down by the fire, and Grandpa and Uncle David were by the sand box. Cousins were all over the place. I peaked out the cabin door to see two butt cheeks and Logan peeing strait out the cabin door, right off the front of the deck, facing the fire pit! He had pulled his pants and underwear down enough that his cheeks were hanging out. Shelley and Tawny said it was a little more than they wanted to see that morning!
So funny!

The other thing I think is so funny is Jenna's new word. O-k, it's not even a word. She say's "Huh", all the time. I need to get a little video of it. It is so dang funny. I'll say something like "Jenna, should we get your shoes?" And she says "Huh, shoes" in a high voice. I love it!

Great summer, so far!

It's been such a great summer so far! On the Saturday before Memorial Day I got to go to the Bentley family recital. My sister Christine has a pretty big family (her in laws) and they are all so talented! A couple times a year they put on a dance recital. I also got so lucky, because Christine told all her family about the stuff I sell and I brought it and sold $106 worth of stuff!!! I was so excited!

Here is my cute Mommy holding Jenna and modeling my cute hairclip!

I should have gotten more pictures of everyone, but I was a little busy! We all had so much fun, but here is Logan playing with his favorite cousin Fredrick! They are so funny!

After the recital, I stayed the night at Mom and Dads and had a blast watching Avatar in blue ray on a big screen! The next morning we had a good breakfast then headed up the Ranch.

Jeremy's Uncle David and Aunt Shelley were up there too, with Shelley's two sisters, Carrie and Tawny, along with most of their kids. They are so fun! Carrie got Jenna to nap! It was so nice! We played games and ate good food. It was such a fun time! (I even sold Carrie two baby hats!)
Jeremy taking a well deserved break in the tire swing.

Jenna decided to join him.

It was hard to get the kids to sleep when everyone was playing and having fun. This was at like 10 pm. Jer decided to lay with Jenna and try to get her to sleep.

Jeremy has been working very hard at the cabin in the last couple of months. He helped put in the cement for the basketball court, the wood floor, some cabinets, tile backsplash and a sandbox with slide. They poured cement footings for the slide. He finished the cabinet doors at home then went up and finished the bases up there one weekend. Don't they look awesome! I want it in my house! Funny thing: I realized this time up there, that all the curtains that I made, were hung upside down! Funny huh! Guys can't tell the difference. (I fixed them!)The kids LOVE the sandbox! They were such a mess everyday up there!
They love riding the four wheeler with Grandpa Ovard.
Riding the four wheeler with Daddy. She was scared. We had such a great weekend up there! I love it!
Last, I couldn't believe this happened! On Saturday, I was sitting on the couch reading to Kylee. Summer was sitting at the table coloring or something. I thought Logan was still sitting at the table cutting up paper, and Jenna was just running all over the place. Next think I know I look up and Jenna is quietly standing in front of Logan. At first I didn't have any idea why she'd just be standing there. Then Logan raised a pair of scissors to his hair above his ear. Of course, I was like "What are you doing!?" And when I got up, I noticed quite a big chunk of hair on the floor. Then I figured out that it was Jenna's! Ahh! My babies pretty hair was on the floor! Logan definitely went to his room! No more scissors for that little boy for a long time!
