Yesterday I decided to cut up a big pumpkin that we didn't carve, steam it, puree it and freeze it. I took me a couple of hours, cause my steamer is small, but I ended up with 12 cup and a half to two cup servings ready to freeze. I was so proud of myself. I figured I can use it to make lots of different pumpkin desserts and I can feed it to Jenna in a few months. I was so proud of myself! Jeremy was gone to a Jazz game, so when he got home I told him about it. He was such a bum! He asked me what pumpkin I used and when I told him, he said "How do you know there weren't any bugs in it?"
So I asked him if he'd ever eaten an apple. He said of course I have. So I asked, "How do you know there weren't any bugs in it?"
He didn't answer. Men. Humph.

Men...they just don't understand! Good on ya!
Haha! That's hilarious. But seriously- good for you. I think Joe took all our uncarved pumpkins into the mountains and shot at them.
Oh, and Joe and I were at that same Jazz game.
