A Tooth

Jenna finally got her first tooth yesterday! She is 10 months old today. I will have to wait until it grows all the way in to take a picture of it. She barely lets me see it. She was pretty dang happy considering. I used some teething drops (thank you Cynthia) when she was a little fussy and that seemed to help. I look forward to her being able to eat more foods now! Yeah Jenna!

It's been a busy weekend

We sure had fun this weekend. It rained a lot, but it was o-k. We got to see Grandma Hayes on Saturday. She went with us to Old Navy and got all the kids some flip-flops, then took us out to burger king. Then we went together to see Grandma and Grandpa Williams' grave. We sure miss them. We kissed her goodbye and with our bag full of leftovers, went to Grandma and Grandpa Butlers, where we also got to hang out with Grandma Ovard. They were planting flowers in the backyard and the kids dug right in. Literally. They had so much fun. The next day we headed up Provo canyon to the Ranch. We stopped for a second and met Grandma Ovard again and gave her kisses goodbye. She gave us some crackers for the ride and they were a big hit! Thanks Grandma!

They all missed Daddy so much. He'd been gone since Friday after work.

As always it was hard to get Jenna to nap. This one didn't last long.

Morgan is gloating because Jenna let him hold her for a really long time. She didn't let anyone else. Grandpa and Kelsey and a few others tried, but she just cried.

Oh, so cute. She loves her Daddy.

She learned to clap this week, and wave and I finally see a tooth. It should break through soon. She'll be 10 months old tomorrow. She is growing so fast. Yesterday she didn't scream during tummy time, and actually moved herself around with her arms!

More digging in the dirt.
Jeremy had a tough time catching "The Arabian". I named her harvest, but I'm the only one who calls her that. The next time he tried to catch her, she came right over. What a funny horse.

Morgan and Logan playing horseshoes.

Later Jeremy, Kim and Morgan took Harvest, Diamond and Starbuck out for a ride and got caught in a Hail storm. Thankfully they weren't too cold. But Jeremy's shirt is usually lighter blue. He is soaked everywhere but his backside.

So were Kim and Morgan. Later Kim took Kylee out for a four wheeler ride and got caught in some rain. Kylee thought it was so funny. She couldn't wait to tell her class the next day.

Kylee was so scared of balls and balloons when she was Jenna's age. Jenna loves it though.

Today Kylee had a second grade talent show. She was so excited to sing. I assumed all the kids would be doing something, but only a few from each class did it. At first she wanted to sing Wanted Dead or Alive by Bon Jovi (we play it on rock band a lot) but changed her mind and sang Take me out to the ball game. She said she was scared, but she did awesome! I'm so proud of her!

This is Jenna Moore, her teacher! I love her!

What an awesome Dad! Kylee's tire on her little bike went flat so Jeremy surprised her the next day with a bigger bike! Isn't it awesome? She looks so grown up to me. I'm so proud of her. Summer can have her old bike. I bet she learns to ride this Summer!

Preschool Graduation and a trip to the doctor.

I can't believe the school year is over. And only one more week for Kylee. Time goes so fast.
.
I have been totally blessed this year to be able to have Summer go to the VIP preschool. Her teachers Stacy Ercanbrack and Candie McMullin and Erin Jarrett are amazing. They have made this the funnest and happiest year of mine and Summers life. And Logan gets to go when he is 4!
.
.
The graduation was so much fun! The kids sang some songs to us and Summer got to wear a cap and gown, since she is going to kindergarten this year. I was absolutely amazed at all the things the kids got. What a lot of work! I wish I would have helped them more. Summer got a good sized reading blanket, made of princess material (she loves it!), a DVD of all the pictures they took this year, a big magnet board with her name on it, a year book in a 3 ring binder with color pictures of all the activities they did and the sign language they learned, in page protectors, and some sunglasses and a blow up microphone! And they had treats after too! I will be forever thankful to them.

Yesterday I ended up taking Logan and Jenna to the doctor. I wanted to go the cabin this weekend and Logan has been coughing and Jenna had a fever on Tuesday and Wednesday, so I thought I'd find out before we go if anything is wrong. Logan ended up needing nebulizer treatments, cause he was wheezing, which was making him cough. The doctor thinks he had a cold and his lungs didn't relax after, so the treatments with open his airways. He had croup when he was little so we knew what to do. He actually wore the mask this time.
He had Jenna try it too just in case. She liked sucking on the tube. She ended up not needing it, and since she's been snotty and congested in her nose for a couple months and her ear looked a little red, we decided to do an antibiotic.
So, nothing too bad. I took Kylee in later cause she's been coughing too, and he thinks she just has allergies. We'll just wait and see with her. So I am excited to go to the ranch on Sunday. We get to see both Grandma Hayes and Grandma Ovard on Saturday, and Grandpa Ovard and Morgan on Sunday!

After we went to get the meds, we got some Popsicles for a treat. The kids loved pushing this little cart. It sure helped me too.

Playtime

Jeremy went to work at the ranch again this Friday and ended up staying Saturday too. But we had fun anyway. We had pancakes for dinner both nights, we watched a movie on my bed on Friday and on Saturday we went on a 4 mile walk, with a stop to play on a playground. Then after lunch we went to Salem pond. We played with some fishing poles, played on the play ground and played some baseball. It was fun!

Kylee has gotten really good at baseball. Catching, throwing and hitting.

Jenna loves my watter bottle. And she loved watching Summer and Logan chase each other.

He ended up missing the ball, but what an effort.

I could hear him snoring through the door so I had to peek. He was hanging off the bed and you could see all the toys he had been playing with before he went to sleep. How cute.

Quiet time.

I actually got some quiet time today! Of course I used it to clean my table and chairs, and sweep and mop the floor, but the girls were at school and Jenna was asleep and Logan played in his room for an hour and a half. I think its so funny when he comes out wearing something else. Today he put on this sweatshirt. I'll have to talk him into taking it off though. It's almost 80 degrees out today.

Jenna had a really weird day yesterday. She acted totally normal all day, then before we left to drive to West Jordan, in the car, she threw up. It got all over her blanket. So I put that inside, got a new one and another outfit just in case and went to the mall to pick up my ring Jeremy got me for Mothers Day! She threw up in the parking lot after and got it on her shirt. So I changed her outfit and when we got to Orem, she threw up a ton! Over and over. She didn't cry at all, but Kylee said it was disgusting. When I stopped, she was totally smiling at me. So weird. So I stopped at Wal-mart in A.F. and brought my baby in only a diaper, to get more clothes. Thanks to Wal-mart I got two onesie shirts, and some shorts to match both, for only $8.

She was fine the rest off the day. I met Mom at Gardner Village and we walked around and feed the geese and birds and then ate at the restaurant there. It was so fun. Mom was at Disneyland the week before Mothers Day, at I got to go visit her for a couple of hours on Sunday, but I wanted to do something else with her. It was so fun.

I had a great Mothers Day. Kylee woke Jeremy up to tell him to help her make me breakfast. She told him "Mom always has an egg and some cereal". So he actually got up, and helped her. It was so cute. The day before is when Jeremy gave me my presents. Kylee had him take her shopping and they both picked me out a new watch. I love it! Logan told me "I buyed it" Then he gave me and empty ring box. But couldn't wait to tell me it was a Mothers ring. I got to go pick it up yesterday. Sorry the picture is bad, but the stones are purple, blue, light blue and red. Isn't it so beautiful. I do need to get it smaller though. I'll miss it.

I hope everyone else had a Happy Mothers Day. My mommy and her sisters sure missed their Mom on Mothers Day. This is their first one without her. But we remembered that she is now with her Mom, who died when she was 2, and her daughter and son. So Happy Mothers Day, Grandma, Mom and my Mom-in-law. I couldn't have asked for better women in my life. I love you all!

I never thought this day would come!

For three Summers now, I have been trying to get Kylee to learn how to ride her bike without training wheels. Actually she wouldn't even ride it with training wheels. Last year I was pregnant and had no patience, so I didn't try very hard. The year before she just cried when she sat on it and I just got mad, so we gave up. Well one day last week, a neighbor came over riding her bike like it's no big deal, and she is two years younger than Kylee. She let Kylee try for a second and she decided it wasn't so hard. So yesterday, she asked me to get her bike down. She hopped on all by herself and within a few tries she could ride it all the way down the street! I was so dang excited. All it took was for her to stop being scared. So Good Job Kylee! I am so proud of you!
A little later she was riding with her friend down the street and had a little accident getting off and fell on some rocks, cutting her knee pretty good. She was bleeding quite a bit and didn't even cry! Boy has she grown up so much lately. I probably would have cried.
Jenna was so excited to see Daddy. That's all she says, "Dada!"
Jeremy couldn't believe it when he got home and saw Kylee riding her bike!

Jenna was trying to eat the toys on her bath seat. It was so funny.

I have had a Winnie the pooh umbrella stroller for quite a few years now, and it is falling apart, the footrest broke off, the clip to keep it folded broke off the the handles are twisted. I've wanted a new one forever but couldn't fit it in the budget. Well my neighbor had a yard sale the other day and sold this brand new looking PINK stroller to me for only 2 bucks! I love it, and so does Jenna. (Thanks Tony and Kelcey!)

I can't believe its May

I love the blossoms in the spring. We have Orchards everywhere by us, and my favorite are the cherry blossoms. They look like popcorn too! Aren't they beautiful!

It's so fun to sit out on the grass. Jenna loves to be outside. She still doesn't move anywhere so I don't have to worry about her eating everything.

Jeremy took all the railing off the deck. Someday we will get the no maintenance deck. Logan loved watching him work.

Logan told me earlier this day, while he was sitting by Jenna in her bouncy seat, "Mom, Jenna is my best friend!" It was so dang cute. I told him I loved him and he said I love you too Mom. I love my little squirts.
The girls liked watching Jeremy too.
