The girls room is finally painted.

I was so excited when Jeremy told me that when his Mom comes to visit, that she would buy and paint my girls room! I've been wanting to do it for 3 years now. I just haven't had the time, and mostly money. She had me pick out exactly what I wanted and when she came she bought everything and set to work. She got most of it done in one day, and came back the next two days to do more of the little things. The kids loved helping Grandma! She bought them bed spreads a while ago in these colors cause I told her I wanted to paint their room lavender and green. So they will match perfectly when we are done. I think I will do some pink accents to go with it.

So its not quite done. Jeremy needs to do the little finishing work and he hasn't had any free time yet. We are going to put a 4 inch white board up between the two colors, with hooks along them to hang pictures, etc. Then I just need to finish the tops of their curtains I made and Jeremy will put up the curtain rod. The last thing is putting their bunk bed back together. It will be in an L shape with a desk underneath. I am so excited. When it is all done, I will post a picture.
